The reforming of education system in the Bologna process

Abstract

With the destruction of the Soviet Union in the Russian Federation began to reform the higher education system through the introduction of the Bologna process. This process provides widespread transition to a two-tier system of education – bachelor and master. At the same time focused on the technical side of the entry into a new learning process, bearing in mind the need to monitor the quality of knowledge. As a result, the transition to the standards of the Bologna process does not lead to progress in education, and the loss of existing achievements, and the destruction of who set themselves the developers of the Bologna process.
